Name of the Post:
1. UDC – 03 Posts
2. MTS – 03 Posts
Age Limit: Candidate should have 27 years for UDC Post and 25 years for MTS Post.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Degree from a recognized university or equivalent and with working knowledge of computer for UDC Post, Matriculation or equivalent for MTS Posts. And also having with necessary sports qualification.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs.225 for UDC Post and Rs.125/- for MTS Post (SC/ ST/ PPED/ Women/ Govt/ ESIC Employees/ Ex-servicemen are exempted). Payment should be made through DD/ Bankers cheque in favour of The Regional Director, E.S.I.Corporation, Faridabad” drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Faridabad.
Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in Exam/Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form given in the notification, fill it with given mandatory details, affix recent passport size photograph attested by a Group-A/B Gazetted Officer, attested copies of certificates, testimonials, participation certificate in the sports along with DD should be sent in a cover super-scribed “Application for the post of UDC/ MTS under MSP Quota”, by registered post/ speed post to the Regional Office, Employee State Insurance Corporation, ‘Panchdeep Bhavan’,Sector-16, Faridabad-121002 (Haryana) on or before 07-11-2012.
